UK Institutional Associate

Job Title: UK Institutional Associate  

Location: London

Job type: Interim, 12 months

Key responsibilities:

1.     Partnership Marketing

Working with my client’s team lead to help them execute brand marketing partnerships with key distributors. Key aspects of the role are:

  • Work with the marketing lead to review, refine and execute against my client’s objectives to deliver impactful client marketing partnerships

  • Partner with key clients to consult and support them in the development of go-to-market distribution strategies

  • Support on creative, co-branding and proposition development

  • Deploy budget to enhance and support marketing distribution partnerships

  • Report on efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing program to my client’s UK Head of Marketing and business throughout the year

 

2.     Campaign Development

The team implements campaigns across the full marketing mix aimed at driving distribution of my client’s products deeper into their client segments. Key aspects of the role are:

  • Develop marketing campaigns and collateral to own the conversation within my client’s key focus areas

  • Leverage each marketing channel to deliver a frictionless client experience that drives engagement through the customer journey

  • Ability to build and scale events and great client experiences

 

3.     Digital & Social Marketing

Being a digital expert is critical in this role. The ideal candidate will have the knowledge and experience of:

  • Building CRM strategies that leverage best practice lifecycle marketing through systems such as Eloqua, Salesforce or Marketo

  • Strong understanding of user experience principles and mapping client journeys

  • Ability to work with publishing and development teams to build new website experiences

  • Demonstrable experience in developing and launching Linkedin campaigns

 

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven track record working on UK financial service brands

  • Partnership marketing experience – building successful co-brand partnerships that have driven impact

  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and focus on delivery

  • Strong communication skills, including an ability to liaise with senior stakeholders to drive and communicate clear plans and also move projects forward in a complex environment

  • Able to operate in a fast-paced environment with flexibility regarding changes in strategy and project plan
